Raymonde (Bertini) has had a passionate affair with Giacomo (Giorgio Bonaiti) and has a son with him. Life has taken a different turn, however, and Giacomo has married Elena (Mary Fleuron).

During a fire, Pina is saved by her young cousin Enrico, who is blinded by the flames. The girl becomes Enrico’s guide, and the two earn their living as street musicians. Pina falls in love with Count Manlio, who sets her on the path to a singing career. For the sake of success, she abandons Enrico, but years later, overcome by remorse, she decides to leave Manlio in order to care for her cousin once again.

Antamoro's CHRISTUS, epic in scale and ambition, and featuring decidedly otherworldly special effects, was released in 1916. Telling the story of the Life of Christ, the film is divided into three segments-- three Mysteries. The first of these includes the Birth of Jesus, the arrival of the Magi, Herod and the slaughter of the innocents, the flight into Egypt. The second Mystery features the expulsion of the merchants from the Temple, Mary Magdalene's conversion and Christ's entry into Jerusalem. The third Mystery is itself divided into three separate parts, which are The Passion, The Death and The Resurrection.

Lyda is a prostitute with no education and no hope for the future. Unfortunately, this ungrateful job leads her to have an unwanted pregnancy, and once born the child abandons her. Lyda becomes obsessed with the life of her only child.

The Giant of the Dolomites (Italian: Il gigante delle Dolomiti) is a 1927 Italian silent adventure film directed by Guido Brignone and starring Bartolomeo Pagano, Aldo Marus and Elena Lunda.[1] It was the last in a series of silent films featuring the peplum hero Maciste, but the character was later revived in the 1960s.
