Seb Zewdie is an Ethiopian boxer who was destined for gold at the 1984 Olympic Games when his dreams are dashed by politics. Spiraling in the years since and despite setback after setback, Seb lands in Los Angeles as a boxing coach, the mentor to some of LA’s up-and-coming fighters. His desire to suffer for the good to getting better still rages on as he battles one more time in the ring to settle a score, one that will test his age and alter his perception of what it truly means to be successful.

Born in Long Island, NY, and educated at Johns Hopkins, Dr. Rick Hodes has dedicated his life to helping heal the sick and poor of Ethiopia over the past 20 years.
