26th of September 1999. Alekos is dead. His teenage granddaughter, Margarita, refuses to attend his funeral and takes advantage of her parents’ absence to throw a small party at home. Three days earlier, unaware that this would be his last night, Alekos attends a reunion of old friends to celebrate the birthday of Lula, his first love, who now suffers from dementia.

A young couple employed by a pet crematorium finds fulfilment in respectfully removing cadavers. Their love blossoms in an environment where the boundaries between human and animal are fading. When they hit a stray dog, their relationship starts to derail.

Mahi, an 80-years old woman, is a former military officer who underwent gender reassignment and became a singer. 50 years later, she returns from Germany to Greece to reconnect with her daughter in order to rebuild their relationship.

After her grandmother’s passing, Alma travels to Greece in order to find the missing piece of a jewel, given to her by her relative before her death. But when he meets his teacher Maria, she asks that instead of payment, Hadrian exchanges an hour of his time each week to help her prepare for a citizenship exam that offers potential promotion from Class B to Class A immigrant.

A Documentary about Nikos Nikolaidis' work. Nikos Nikolaidis was an acclaimed film director and author from Greece. He is famous for creating controversial characters in his films that have a rebellious attitude towards the social and political status quo. He illustrates a dark and pessimistic present and future, but also providing ambiguous hope for the end when his heroes find their escape in death. His films are shocking and contentious, raising questions during times when political visions start to fade away. His filming was poetic, dynamic and aesthetically beautiful in order to present situations on edge and elicit his audience's feelings. The aim of this project is to transfer his dynamics in a documentary that will convey some of his messages and create a platform for exchanging opinions among filmmakers from all over the world, in an effort to decipher his universe and his symbols as reflections of his unique and rare personality.

The wild beast is preparing to leave the sewers behind and its roar echoes through the rooms of the apartment building.

In an isolated island, a young woman receives letters form someone far away. she lives under the same roof with an older woman. a young postman arrives. a stray dog follows him from the very start. the three characters seem to lead separate lives, with no obvious bond between them. Still, as the story unfolds, the sender's letters seem to interweave the three characters. is it the sender's voice or their own voices they never listened to?
