A theatre actor whose health is failing gets admitted to a nursing home. Soon, he starts having nightmares that seemingly become deceptively real. The so-called nightmares were able to make him live in two parallel dimensions.

A love story between a scrapper and a young woman. Seen through the monotony of everyday life the film depicts the hardships of a rural community in present-day Poland. The bucolic landscape becomes the seemingly idyllic backdrop from which a sudden disappearance disrupts their once quiet community.

They embark on a crazy journey during which Benek realizes he is not the only man in Lena's life - in addition, the girl has cancer, and she is not attempting to treat it.
