A film about people restlessly seeking for the ultimate experience. Set in late nineties Berlin, it shows images of radical change: Young urban heroes in the glare of flashlights; an environment in which coldness and affection or lust for power and friendship go hand in hand.

Eric finds it difficult to deal with his grief. However, faits accomplis between him and his girlfriend Lydi force him to get to the bottom of himself.

The film revolves around the development of the women's movement. Actors come together on stage and debate topics such as feminism, sexuality, gender performances, power structures, and activism, commenting on their own words. The film also provides insights behind the scenes and creates a fluid transition between the past and the present.
