Kyohei Aizawa, an assassin for a covert non-governmental espionage group in Japan called "四十九" or "SEEK", is grieving over the loss of his girlfriend from a tragic plane accident. The leader of “SEEK”,Ryo Mikumo, contacts him for an emergency mission; save a fellow agent, recover a new highly explosive liquid called “RDX@“, stop a ruthless Yakuza leader, Sojiro Kotsuki, and his gang before they take over Japan. Manga creator Tsukasa Hojo's debut live-action film. 'Angel Sign' is Hojo's debut as a director, which is made by editing a number of short films into one movie. Hojo directs the "Prologue" and "Epilogue" stories, while a different director will handle each of the other stories, which were selected in Silent Manga Audition. All the stories will have no spoken lines, and will only have video and music.

Ando (Masaaki Uchino) can't accept this his daughter Kana committed suicide. Kana fell from the ledge of a school building and died. Ando attempts to find out the truth behind his daughter's death. He becomes suspicious of his daughter's former classmate, Saki (Miyu Yoshimoto). Saki isn't a typical high school student and aspires to work in show business. She dominates her high school with her charisma.

Satoshi loses his eyesight completely at the age of 9 despite numerous surgeries, but grows up with cheerful spirit thanks to his mother Reiko’s unconditional love. Surrounded by affection and friendship at high school, Satoshi’s future seems bright until one day his family realizes that he is losing his hearing as well. Determined to never give up, Reiko tries everything she can to give him hope.
