Federico Jorge Klemm (1942–2002) was an Argentine artist, performer, filmmaker, collector, and patron of the arts, born in Czechoslovakia. From the 1960s onward, he was closely associated with Buenos Aires’ avant-garde scene and the Instituto Torcuato Di Tella, developing a body of work that encompassed film, performance, photography, video, and painting. In the 1990s, he gained widespread recognition through *El Banquete Telemático*, a television program devoted to art that combined cultural dissemination, audiovisual experimentation, and performance. In 1995, he founded the Federico Jorge Klemm Foundation to house his collection and promote contemporary Argentine art.
