On July 27th, university student Aoi Hinata has an accident. When she wakes up, Aoi Hinata finds herself in a classroom from one week before the accident.

When investigating multiple cases of rape and murder of single women, the criminal police found that the victims were all subjected to the same brutal treatment. Later, the police arrested a suspect of a “tram man” with the semen left behind. When the police investigated further, it was discovered that the murderer might be someone else. While the case was complicated, the truth was unexpected…

Due to the economic recession, the orchestra is shut down. The members hear later that the orchestra will be reformed. Only some of the members, who have not yet been rehired, gather for the orchestra. For the first time since they disbanded the orchestra plays together, but they sound horrible. At that time, the conductor Tetsusaburo Tendou appears in front of them.

This drama focuses on the story of how NHK's famous New Year's Eve program "Kohaku Uta Gassen" came about in 1945, when the country was under General Headquarters.
