In a Rio Grande do Sul marked by challenges and prejudice, Maria, a transgender woman, finds herself on a difficult journey: motherhood. Alongside her husband, Dário, she takes on the responsibility of raising their son, Zezim. As she fights to build a dignified life and keep her family together, she faces the weight of racism and discrimination, confronting both social and personal barriers. Her story reveals the transformative power of love, courage, and the struggle for a place in the world.

Portraying the drag scene in São Paulo, the film presents the transformation of marginalized status to the drag queens mainstream and features testimonials and presentations by national artists and former participants of RuPaul's Drag Race. More than characters in the entertainment of the night, drag queens show that the plurality of art has no limits.
