The story of nine independent women from various parts of society who committed various crimes.

When five Kurdish prisoners are granted one week's home leave, they find to their dismay that they face continued oppression outside of prison from their families, the culture, and the government.

Ali, who looks exactly like the famous actor Kemal Sunal, is in love with his neighbor Zehra. However, Zehra, who is a fan of Kemal Sunal, does not reciprocate Ali's love. Despite Ali's insistence, she rejects him. Ali will temporarily take Kemal Sunal's place in order to be with Zehra.

Ten years after being thrown out of her parental home, Nur hears that her mother is at death's door. Taking her young daughter with her, Nur hurries back to her father's world to see, and reconcile with her mother before it is too late. While the universal theme of mother-daughter relationships lies at the centre of the film, this is underpinned by an allusive subtext of incest, one of most common but least addressed social problems in Turkey. The individual stories of the family members combine with a sense of hope fuelled by tragedy to paint a portrait of the socially disconnected.

The life of a seven-member commune living in an old theatre building changes one morning with the sudden appearance of a mysterious stranger. When a vote is cast, the majority agrees to accept the Stranger into the commune. Yet, this strange man soon arouses the suspicions of certain members. The commune setup begins to unravel as a gulf opens up between its members. Meanwhile, the Stranger’s failure to fit in makes him feel increasingly isolated and he starts to become a threat to the building. The person who comes closest to understanding him ends up being the commune’s youngest member, Girl.

Alev seems like your average, sweet eight-year-old girl. When her rival at school dies in mysterious circumstances at the school picnic her mother starts to suspect that Alev was responsible.
