Yakutsk, where otherworldly horror lurks behind the facade of everyday life. Find out how to protect yourself from ghosts… Tuyaara, a simple village girl, runs away to Yakutsk, dreaming of a new life. She rents a tiny apartment at a ridiculously low price. But behind this generosity lies something sinister — an ancient darkness that has taken root in the walls of the old house…

Everyone's favorite story about first love based on the drama of the same name by Timofey Smetanin. They want to marry Nyurguhun to the son of the prince, the girl is in love with the poor Lookuut, and for the sake of love for the young man she is even ready to die.

Rita and Andrey have a little housewarming party. It doesn't matter that the apartment is not their own, but rented, and on the outskirts of Yakutsk no loss. The newlyweds film their personal life on a video camera without realizing there is someone else at home besides them.

Unremarkable at first glance, the murders in different parts of the city lead a young investigator named Sergei into a maze of dirty old secrets. For a long time, Sergei can't understand the motives or thought process of the criminal. But one detainee gives him a good hint: the scenario of the killer's actions inexplicably resembles the plot of the cartoon "About the Silly Winky-String", which is shown on TV in the city of N. The intrigue grows, and as the murders continue, the events take on an increasingly sinister tinge.

The film explores classic urban legends of the republic's capital, immersing viewers in the unsettling confines of a haunted apartment. It's an adaptation of a terrifying true crime story from the popular podcast "Paranormal Yakutsk".
