A beautiful woman hires an intrepid adventurer to help find her father, who has disappeared in the jungle while searching for a rare and priceless butterfly. Along the way they run into cannibals, a race of Amazon warriors and all the usual attractions one would expect to find in a lost jungle.

Kung fu champ John is given the chance to train CIA agents in martial arts by using self-hypnosis. But when he discovers the reason, he escapes and the CIA go after him. John must fight for his life all over Europe as he flees the CIA.

Jockey Jack has a bill open with a gangster just released from jail. He somehow manages to parry the gangster's knife attack backstage at a theatre and the latter ends up dead being put into a double bass case. A day later the gangster mysteriously has disappeared, but it turns out that he was carrying a bet ticket for a horse race now worth over a million. A turbulent run for the money begins.

Martial arts master John Liu flies to Paris to try and find his daughter whom is being held captive by a syndicate. Other martial artists get tangled within the syndicates plans to make Liu leave France or have him executed.

Liu travels to the USA from China in search of his relatives and the hopes of finding a peaceful life. However, he has in his possession a sacred dragon medallion that was taken from the Qing court. An assassin from the Qing is sent after him, and soon he discovers that life in the Wild West is no fun at all.

Based on the title character, a World Health Organisation (WHO) doctor and martial arts expert who fights bad guys, created in 1970 by scriptwriter Jean Ollivier and artist Carlo Marcello for "Pif Gadget", a weekly kids' comic book magazine in France.

John Liu plays himself as the Hong Kong martial films star and son of a NASA scientist kidnapped in Paris whom may be valuable to a criminal organization. Liu comes back to France, where he had a sentimental affair with a Frenchwoman which ended badly and also created the Zen-Kwan-Do martial school. In Paris, Liu must fight many Caucasian top fighters while he looks for his father and daughter.
