Amateur teams design and build imaginative, gravity-powered soapbox vehicles, then race them down obstacle-filled courses around the world. The competitors are judged on creativity, performance and speed as their homemade machines tackle jumps, sharp turns and other challenges.

My Life as an Animal is a television series broadcast on BBC Three and presented by Rebecca Wilcox. In each episode, two volunteers spend four days with a different species of animal, living how they live in an attempt to be accepted by the animals as one of them. They also find out how to communicate with the animals and see their entire life cycle. They are guided by wildlife expert Terry Nutkins.

Two friends lifelong friends, Ed and Spencer, are pitted against each other in a series of weekly challenges that are ridiculous, funny and immature; but where winning means everything.
