Set in and around Kargil, a Muslim-dominated town in the Himalayas, where a war was fought between India and Pakistan in 1999, the film tells the story of Amir, whose short film gets banned due to a complaint from a religious leader, and his social media accounts gets blocked. His elderly mother Fatima sets out on an arduous journey in the Himalayan mountains to show the film in villages, which breaks her mentally and physically and brings her close to madness before she becomes a free soul.

In a conflict ridden Kashmir, a Muslim half-widow finds herself, her 11 year old daughter and ill mother-in-law in a crisis when she attempts to get her missing husband's death certificate

A parable on the moribund human bonds in a fast-paced world, which is a warning that poignantly highlights the futility of life and death.

Tsering, a 10-year-old boy, lives somewhere in the Himalayas. Every day, he travels seven kilometres to reach his school. The journey becomes herculean when, having inadvertently broken one of his classmates’ chairs, he decides to bring it back to his village.

When the US-raised girl from India, Ana, attempts to start a Library in her ancestral hometown in central India, her commendable intentions ignite a storm in the village's politics and bureaucracy. Her journey, in absurd and satirical ways, unveils how books can be seen as dangerous for a prevailing system in India. Ana then stands for the Village Council elections to deal with this impasse and she encounters further absurdity in the political and social systems.
