In an alternate timeline the original Godzilla is never defeated and repeatedly reemerges to feed on Japan's energy sources. A new inter-dimensional weapon called the Dimension Tide is created with the intent of eliminating Godzilla. However, the new weapon might also serve as a gateway to something far more sinister.

A fortuneteller prophesizes that whoever marries the beautiful Ukio will become the ruler of the world. Naturally, this makes her very popular with those vying for power, particularly the insatiably greedy Lord Donjo. Along with a strange youth named Lapis who seems to have a relation to the new world, will the Beat Riders be able to stop him?

After a Space Beast throws them off Shuttle Base, the Changeman scramble to get their ship back as Sayaka tries to protect it from the inside.

The Changeman must work with an earthquake institute to prevent Earth from being destroyed in a sea of fire by the Gozma.
