A cheerleader named Alison is plagued by nightmares about the upcoming all-state finals and attends a summer training camp with her teammates. When a number of deaths start occurring at the camp, Alison's nightmares turn twisted and brutal, and she begins to believe that she may be responsible for the mayhem.

In addition to the usual erotic vignettes and nude photo sessions, this features steamy footage from the then-huge Fatal Attraction (1987) and a wraparound segment called "The Body Beautiful." In the latter, a young corporate man from a major fashion design business gets a chance to land a lucrative contract with Best Breast Swimwear. Together with his partner, who secretly loves him, they attempt to create an impressive sales campaign that will wow the company's idealistic lady owner.

A vampire and his son are on the prowl at a local strip club. Learning the ropes as a vampire becomes difficult when the son falls for a pretty dancer.

The second main story ("The Love Machine") is a parody of Back to the Future. In "Midnight Madness," a flight attendant trades places with her favorite classic movie heroine, both desperately seeking a change of lifestyle. But each girl notices differences in their choices and make surprising decisions in their new worlds. Also enjoy the exploits of buxom super heroine Boobwoman, who must prevent the evil Lola and her acolyte Blow Job from turning the nation's females into mindless bimbos. Also included is a profile of model Sarah (Winters), and an exclusive feature on the fourth annual Sex Maniacs Ball.

Electric Blue goes down under again, this time from the 1987 America's Cup in Perth. Our hostesses, a pair of gorgeous Aussie models, pose for the cameras amidst the action on Freemantle Harbour, and again later while jet-boating down the Swan River. Also features main story "Adult Fairy Tale" about a resurrected sorceress, an Electric Blue party featuring celebrity impersonators, the Aussie strip revue "Rage with a Raunchy Lady" and a profile on Page 3 girl Gail Thackray (aka Gail Harris), who is interviewed and even skydives naked.
