An uplifting drama about the bond between a group of high school seniors and their kind-hearted teacher, Mr. Yabuki. Faced with the rigors of growing up in modern times, students often look to Mr. Yabuki for advice and guidance. But when Mr. Yabuki’s career is threatened as a result of a false accusation from the school’s PTA, the students band together to stand up for their beloved teacher and help him to save his good reputation and job.

After discovering a slaughtered corpse, the investigating team of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department began canvassing the area around the crime scene. As a result, they found a wallet with bloodstains that seemed to belong to the victim, a woman's wallet that did not fit the field, earrings, and other valuable materials, which led them on a foot search. The woman's purse had been picked up by a male prostitute on the subway, and from the prostitute's testimony, they were able to identify the pickpocket's face, but the next day, the man was found dead in a road accident, apparently murdered.

After several losses by the aliens, they announce that they will invade the Earth, throwing the world into a state of panic.

Based on a 1956 television feature on Japan’s national network, NHK, this is one of Uchida’s rarest films. A socially conscious drama with a contemporary backdrop, Dotanba focuses on the attempts to rescue a group of trapped miners. The title is a figure of speech — (essentially “last minute” or “eleventh hour”) — that refers to a situation of peril. The film boasts a script co-written by Uchida and Akira Kurosawa’s frequent screenwriter, Shinobu Hashimoto, and stars Kurosawa’s frequent star Takashi Shimura.

One after another, expedition teams were being attacked in the Himalayas. With the unprecedented boom in snow men, the public began to make a fuss about the fact that the monster that attacked them must be the snow man. Even in Las Vegas, betting began on which country would catch the Snowman. Later, news broke that a Japanese Himalayan expedition had caught the Snowman. The expedition, led by its leader, Dr Kenkichi Domon, lands at the airport, where onlookers and, for some reason, a man named President Otake and his henchmen are waiting to take the Yukio's life, and who appears with the doctor is... a chimpanzee. But this was a trick that Domon used to avoid the panic caused by the boom.

Ken Takakura's screen debut, following his admission into Toei ranks via the studio's annual New Faces program, came surprisingly enough in this pair of Okinawa karate films. The two-parter was released on Jan. 29, 1956 as two thirds of a triple feature. Both halves run just under one hour. The fighting is actually pretty good for the time, and it's fun to see Takakura as an impatient, bearded karate rascal.

A robbery and murder occurred at a gas station facing the national highway at 1:00am. Detectives Nagata, head of the First Investigation Division, begins investigating. Two bullets were removed from the corpse of a staff member on duty at the station, and the last car to be refilled with gasoline, Sakura Taxi No. 5-E1044, appears on the line of investigation. The same night, a robbery murder case was discovered using the same US military gun that was used on the gas station victim.

Patrol car 108 is on the prowl in Tokyo when it comes across a suspicious small truck. When the policeman investigates he is shot and the truck makes its getaway.
