An American commando officer, in search of his father's killers, becomes part of a plot to capture a trainload of gold bullion destined to finance the Nazi cause. What begins as mission impossible explodes into a battle to rock the Balkans.

The last play that Miroslav Krleza ever wrote. Especially interesting is the directorial concept, which sets the play in the space of the old Dubrovnik fortress, and used the audience as semi-active participants in the event. Two acting ensembles played for different audience with a short time lag.

'Malo Misto' lives its own life, but not far behind the times. Hotel manager Roko Prč strives to organise tourism, so he introduces the first nudist beach. His wife Anđa brings two of her cousins from the Dalmatian hinterland and demands Roko to hire them. One of them, a young man named Ikan, earns the attention of a beautiful Swedish tourist. From Chile to Malo Misto returned Tonči, nicknamed Servantes, of course, without any money. He fell on the back of his hardworking aunt Keka, who even without him has enough problems of her own. Servantes also experiences an unexpected romance.

Perpetual wandering of a man who searches for his own identity, never reaching the final destination.
