Vassilis Galis is a young man having trouble growing up. His mother was diagnosed with cancer when he was a boy but she got better. Subsequently her vision of life was changed radically and she left her family to embark on new adventures. Vassilis hasn’t seen her since but her absence has left a telling mark on the whole family. His father hardly speaks anymore and his brother, now a famous movie star, is afraid of emotion. Vassilis has problems reaching out to other people and the only steadfast part of his life through the years has been his dog, Roz. When Vassilis meets eleven and a half year old Snezana, a strong friendship begins to develop and Vassilis starts descending ever deeper back into his childhood realm.

Everyone carries something, some burden that weighs him down. Some are crushed, others are freed, others just carry on. Eleven characters cross each others paths, unveiling their fears and desires, during the world weightlifting championship

We are in Athens. The city is like a ship sailing upon the Aegean Sea with passengers of all cultures. There is not enough space for everyone on this ship and so the class cannibalism begins. The heroine of the film vacillates between individualism and collective action, the luxury of abstention from public life and the emotional struggle of participating in it. Will she be able to save the next child from being eaten?

A kind-hearted teacher saves a girl from suicide and takes her into his home. However, he is newly married and the next day he leaves with his wife for their honeymoon. On the train, he encounters the same girl. The situation quickly becomes complicated, his wife becomes suspicious, and many misunderstandings arise.
