Many years later following a tragic accident the protagonist of our story will get hold of the volunteer’s diary. He lives is a bustling vicious city sparkling with steel and other expensive tinsel. He has achieved almost everything that a modern citizen might dream of – ha has successful career, a striking well-groomed wife and other attributes of his status. From time to time he shares his success formulas with hundreds of students of a business school dreaming of making a similar career.

Eda Savenko finds herself in a situation where she wants to take her daughter to a restaurant, but her parents refuse to provide the necessary funds. She decides to take drastic action by robbing the dining room and subsequently consuming alcohol. Observing a girl with another person, she makes a dramatic gesture by cutting her veins, leading to her admission to the ‘Quiet Ward’ of the Saburka psychiatric hospital.

A famous actress is abandoned by her husband. She does not want to accept this, but soon she finds a new love - a pilot with whom she wants to live the rest of her life.
