In July 2024, Liv Sansoz and Bertrand Roche (aka Zébulon) made history in Himalayan mountaineering by climbing K2 (8,611m) without supplemental oxygen, then paragliding from the summit. The couple achieved a highly coveted first, and for Zébulon, the feat was all the more impressive as he had already completed the first tandem paragliding flight from Everest in 2001. More than just a climb, this film is a love story where Liv and Zeb share their doubts, emotions, and determination, carrying a shared dream where every step is taken together, united to the very end.

Mike Horn has gone along the Arctic Circle alone for 27 months, 20,000 km, without any motorized transportation. He has faced ice storms, temperatures from -70°C to 15°C, polar bears, a fire that destroyed most of his equipment and nearly burned him alive and he was the first man to cross entire Siberia on foot. But first of all, Arktos is a human tale. He meets an Inuit who teaches him to build an igloo in 20 minutes; Vassia, an elderly Russian fisher; among many others. After all, Mike met himself.

One spring day, Mike Horn left his beloved wife and two daughters on a shore to circumnavigate the globe alone, following the equator. On foot, by dugout canoe, by sailboat, or by bicycle, across three oceans and two continents, Mike Horn journeyed along this invisible thread, never straying more than forty kilometers from it. Here, he recounts how a solitary man manages to blend into nature, choosing whether or not it will let him pass. In the Brazilian rainforest, bitten by a snake, he remained blind for four days, semi-conscious. But the greatest danger is humanity and its wars. In Africa, rebels arrested Mike Horn and sentenced him to death. He escaped by the skin of his teeth. Why all this? Because he wanted to fulfill his dream, to delve deeper into the encounter between nature and humanity. In this extraordinary story, we discover a man who is afraid, who marvels, who is in pain, but who moves forward, always.
