Bob's team just got BIGGER with the most mega build EVER! Meet new team members Thud, Crunch, and former TV star Ace. They help Scoop, Muck, and Lofty clear the quarry to make room for an exciting new dam and reservoir. However, a rival contractor tries to undermine Bob and it's up to the team to save Spring City. Will they be up to this mega challenge or will it all end up washed away?

Almost microscopic in size, there exists a world hidden within our own; the Meadowlands is a delicate world of flowers as large as redwoods, and insects the size of dragons, where peaceful fairies take wing and comical trolls haunt the lowland swamps and inhabit dark, hidden caves. Without warning, a shroud of evil is creeping across the land... deep in the Dark Wood at the edge of the Meadowlands, the Elves have built their citadel in a gnarled ancient tree. Their malevolent leader, Lord Kann, lusts after control of the entire fairy empire and has vowed to conquer every corner of this magical realm.

Hunters transport a great ape from his island habitat to a zoo in New York.

Bob and his team are ready to build big! Bob is on hand to rescue his friends when Scoop is stranded sky-high and Leo gets trapped in Fixham castle. We meet the Spring City Rockets at an outdoor movie space and Scoop mixes a crazy concrete creation inspired by Chef Tattie's milkshakes. No job is too big for this team as they build it Sky-High!

When Diego de la Vega puts on his black mask and cape for the first time, he becomes Zorro, ready to fight crime and protect the innocent! This modern-day Zorro fights crime on the Tornado-Z, a very cool purple motorcycle unlike any other, and instead of a sword, is armed with the Weapon Z, which shoots lasers from both ends!
