Tammy Davis

Tammy Davis, New Zealand- Maori, is one of New Zealand’s most beloved actors and well known personalities. His prolific acting career has seen him star in some of New Zealand’s most significant screen productions including his award winning performance in “Outrageous Fortune,” the critically acclaimed Māori film “Whale Rider,” along with lead roles in feature films “What Becomes of the Broken Hearted” and horror-comedy “Black Sheep. His acting portfolio includes Taika Watiti’s short film “Tama Tu,” “Shortland Street” and Jane Champion’s series “Top of the Lake.” He made his directorial debut with “Born to Dance,” and is currently a Breakfast Host on George FM.
