NRThe grounding of the container ship “Ever Given” blocked the Suez Canal in 2021. Global supply chains were disrupted. Was this just a harbinger of the enormous new challenges facing the system of “globalization”? In an evolving world order shaped by the tension between democracies and autocracies, German companies are forced to continue doing business with countries like China despite geopolitical risks, because they need China as both a market for their products and a supplier of raw materials.

NRA look into how and why international laws and principles are being applied and ignored in the Israel-Gaza conflict. The events of October 7 sent shockwaves across the world and brought to the forefront once again a conflict that has been ongoing for 75 years. The Israeli government's response to Hamas's attack was prompt - it embarked on a war of magnitude in Gaza, claiming it needed to take out Hamas and rescue the captives. At first, the consensus of Western powers seemed solid: Israel has the right to fight back against Hamas. But more than five months later, Israel's military was facing criticism worldwide, including allegations that it is committing war crimes, crimes against humanity, ethnic cleansing and even genocide. This film will explore whether Israel is breaking international law and, if so, why are Western powers, in particular the United States, silent.

He has always been there. No one has been in German politics as long as Wolfgang Schäuble. He looked back on 50 years as a member of the German Bundestag. Schäuble was a man who helped shape the fate of the Republic for decades. He shaped politics - as the manager of German unity, for example. In 1990, he was the victim of an assassination attempt and fought his way back to life. He died in December 2023.
