The history of Barcelona's Chinatown, from the transition to the present day and its resistance to being erased and becoming the Raval, is mixed with the pedophile case that shook Barcelona a few years ago when many people were implicated by the police and the press. The trial ended with the result of only two convictions, but many innocent people have been scarred for life.

The film describes the scandal of pederastria that exploded in the neighborhood of the Raval of Barcelona and the trial that took place some years afterwards. Jordà analyzes the mechanisms of the justice and of the world of the medias.

MORIR DE DIA writes history from the Transition to the present day through one of its hidden faces: heroin. The stories of characters like Pau Malvido, Mercè Pastor, Pepe Sales or Juanjo Voltes are intertwined to draw the challenges of a chosen life, marked by addiction, from the entry of drugs in Barcelona after Franco's death to the present.

Beyond the mirror it is a documentary film that tries to get in the world of the agnosias and the alexias, cerebral diseases that carry substantial differences at the moment of perceiving it that we are called "a" 'reality'. The beginning of all this history is an article that appeared in the counter front page of the newspaper El País. The writing was narrating Esther Chumillas's case, a girl of 18 years and agnósica from the 15 as consequence of a meningitis badly diagnosed. The director of cinema Joaquín Jordá, alexico and agnosico visual immediately after a cerebral heart attack, put in touch with her. And they began a relation of friendship. Soon the third personage would appear, attracted also by the same article.

"Ferida arrel MMM" is a collective film around the figure of the Catalan poet Maria Mercè Marçal composed by filmmakers of different generations who deep into her life and work with the intention of reflect the construction of female identity. But isn't just a simple tribute to Mercè, is also a mirror in which the directors experience their own reflection from Marçal views and proposals. A poet, translator, teacher, feminist, intellectual, mother... crossed in the mirror for multiple (re) construct a genealogy of women in pictures.
