When the father (Damián Alcázar) loses the money to pay for the musician, mayhem ensues. The film itself is made to look like a videotaping of the wedding, revealing who's responsible for the crime.

In Tijuana, Mexico, Gabriel is a man who once had a normal and happy life alongside his family. The resulting chaos precipitates in a burlesque bloodbath involving treachery, talking animals, colonial history and bartering in the afterlife.
