Jamestown, North Dakota, USA
Originally from North Dakota, Jeff Burleson has performed on stages throughout the Great Plains, from Minneapolis to Albuquerque. He earned his degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and spent over a decade with Everybody and Their Dog, Oklahoma’s longest-running improv troupe. It was there that he started writing sketches and screenplays, combining his love of storytelling with his unique comic timing. Jeff began his career as a writer and performer in the Central US, eventually settling in Dallas in 2013. Over the next decade, he worked on major stages in the Metroplex, building a reputation for his dynamic presence and creative voice. In 2023, he traded cowboy boots for sandals and relocated to sunny south Florida and is a proud member of the Dramatists Guild. Favorite roles include Dogberry in Much Ado About Nothing, Randle McMurphy in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, and Tom in Fat Pig. He lives in Miami with his wife, Olivia, their dogs, Enzo and C.C.
