Until recently, comedian K-von knew very little about his unique heritage but that's all about to change. Come along as he ditches the comforts of Hollywood to discover the meaning and traditions behind Nowruz (Persian New Year). Performing stand-up comedy at each stop along the way and with the help of some recognizable celebrities, scholars, and friends, the ancient holiday that K-von almost lost, has now been found!

This film documents a three-year period of political resistance in Los Anglels starting with the tent encampment at City Hall in October 2011. Fueled by Occupy Wall Street, people form a collective to jump-start governmental change.
