As a young child Baxter was placed in Master Huang's Kung Fu academy where he was trained in the ancient martial art with patience and respect. This one armed wonder kid is given three years intensive training and is soon encouraged by his master to enter the National Martial Arts Championships. When a feared mafia boss recruits the evil fighters Big Bear and Barton to assist in his plan of stealing an ancient Sung Dynasty painting. Baxter is faced with a life and death contest against organized crime and the men who killed his parents.

This visually sumptuous production continues the story of Fong Sai Yuk, Chinese Shaolin master and folk hero, in his efforts to thwart the assorted enemies of the famous Shaolin Temple.

Hong Kong 1972. Shiu Pang is a poorly paid photographer with a very jealous fiancee. One day he meet an innocent girl and he falls in love with her. His fiancee decides to give a lesson to the young girl by sending a bunch of youngsters beating her and things goes worse and worse, the photographer's best friend dies in fighting the gangsters and the girl loses his mind, ending up in an asylum.

A melodrama about a man from a rural shantytown who moves to urban Hong Kong to try and make it big.

Scholar Yuen Man-lung leads a double life as Vigilante Golden Cat. Yuen is separated from his lover Tso Oi-lan by her snobbish father who promises her to Tsui Tai-fei, son of the magistrate and incriminates him as the wanted burglar. Yuen sneaks out of prison and wreaks havoc in Golden Cat's name; the exasperated magistrate has to release him. Before leaving for the imperial exams with the runaway Oi-lan, Yuen stages one final heist for his friend's sake. The officials trail Golden Cat to his house where his nocturnal costume is retrieved. His father is arrested as the criminal. Drawing a plan up her sleeves, Oi-lan's sister Oi-ling whisks the elder out of the execution ground. Despite failing at the exams presided over by corrupt examiners, Yuen saves the emperor on his homecoming journey, and returns triumphant as a duke.
