A group of musicians discovers in an old LP record a musical work from more than 40 years ago, which tells the story of a Riojan caudillo. They decide to remake this album and begin to summon musicians and interpreters to renovate the original versions.

Daniela Toro travels to Salta to meet her father, revisiting moments from his career: songs, memories, events, the dark years of censorship, and the throat surgeries that gradually silenced his voice. Daniela interviews performers and senses that her father's voice lives on in the memories of singers across the country, from different genres, and a loyal—and anonymous—audience that admires him from around the world. This documentary film offers us only a glimpse into Toro's immense body of work during his short life on stage, bringing us closer to this living legend.
