Uğur and Barış are childhood friends. They run a DVD store opened by Barış's uncle Engin, who is a motorcycle manufacturer. Uğur is in love with Leyla, Barış's cousin and Engin's sister. The story is based on the memories of writer-director Yılmaz Erdoğan of the last summer of his childhood in Hakkâri, Turkey in 1980.
