When the war in Yugoslavia breaks out, an army officer who's ethnic Slovenian yet still believes in Yugoslavia, decides to move to Belgrade. The country continues to fall apart and so does his family failing to find acceptance there.

In a near-future Belgrade, a DJ stirs up trouble with his rocking anti-establishment broadcasts. After his station is shut down, he takes to the street and starts transmitting revolution with the police hot on his trail.

Based on a play, it consists of three one-acts: "Merry Home", "At the Break" and "Before a New Life". The author depicts the grim world of the Belgrade outskirts, and the people who are bound by a common yard and common destiny, those faced with a wall of hopelessness.

Finally in Hamburg she has to realize her boyfriend is not very interested in a relationship. In Vojvodina during the war, a partisan commander Zarki fell into the hands of the local Germans. They bound him in chains and take him from one village to another, torturing him in public so he could tell the names from his movement. Bewildered by his resisting power, the Germans tend to break him down and destroy the pride which is his answer to their torture. Frenzied of powerlessness, they ultimately choose the most horrifying death - they buried him alive in the sand that will cover the last trait of him, but he died victorious: He died for his thing.

The richest merchant in XIX century Sarajevo and his fellow travelers are captured by a group of bandits. In order to learn more about merchant’s riches, the bandits’ leader investigates the group and discovers that merchant’s wife, who cheated on merchant during one of his travels, later – in fear of his vengeance played to be possessed by “rage”. Looking for the cure, the merchant brings his wife to Ahmed Jusuf – former warrior and man of authority. Jusuf advised the merchant to take his wife and move into another region – having an idea on what was the story behind wife’s rage, bat also in an attempt to protect himself from the feelings that have already stifled.

A foreign spy service sends Mitar Petrović, an engineer, to Belgrade. His mission is to contact an enemy group that for some time has been planning to sabotage a project of great significance to the Yugoslav economy. The enemy action also has a political dimension as it is planned to take place during an international symposium of scientist in Belgrade. Stopping at nothing, Mitar's group prepares the final coup. Gradually the security service uncovers this clever and well-planned plot…
