Clément est né le 30 septembre 1982 à Paris2. Après avoir suivi, en 2009, un stage de voix-off postsynchronisation au Studio 93, pendant deux ans, entre 2009 et 2011, il suit des cours à l'Acting International Théâtre/Cinéma et à la Comédia Del'Arte.Il est le cousin de Florent Mothe (chanteur notamment dans la comédie musicale Mozart l'opéra rock).

NRIn a world where no one gets along anymore, Rémi Deval and Clément Parmentier are the last two true friends, which makes them outcasts. To become normal again, they will do everything they can to fall out. Written in collaboration with La Bajon and Vincent Leroy, their show explores the absurdities of the times. Recorded for the Comédie+ channel on December 11, 2024, at the Espace Culturel de Villeneuve-le-Roi, in Val-de-Marne.
