Psychotic Angela is itching to do what she does best: slaughter dozens of teenage campers. As luck would have it, the previous site of her murders has been renamed and converted into an experimental summer camp meant to bring together privileged and lower-class teens. On the day the youths are boarding the buses to camp, Angela runs over a potential camper with a garbage truck and assumes her identity. Once she has infiltrated the camp, the real terror begins.

Small town America, 1945. The boys are coming home, as is Clarence Laidlaw who served overseas in lieu of serving time in prison. Chaos and confusion greet Clarence upon his return - his pre-war moonshine activities and absence have embittered his teenage son, split apart his family, and alienated the small town. When it looks like Bob will win after all, they develop a very special sauce that keeps the crowds coming because it has the effect of being an aphrodisiac. Bob doesn't like to lose, so he sends his "spy" Dixie Love to infiltrate the restaurant and find out their secret. The ensuing FDA investigation culminates into a hilarious case of disorder in the court!

He learns the ropes quickly when a gangster hires him to find out if his bombshell fiancee is two-timing him. Shadowing her every movement - and eyeing her every curve - Jeff lands in real hot water, not to mention a hot shower, when thugs kidnap her lover and try to get him. Now they're both on the run - from the mob, from the police (who might be working with the mob), and from his mother (who might pose the biggest danger of them all)!
