Satyapratapan and Kuruvila are chronic bachelors. SP's sister Sandhya lives as a paying guest in their neighbourhood. Problems begin when Mukesh and Harishree Ashokan join Mammootty and Rambha joins Sandhya.

The story is unfolded in flashback, travelling through the memories of Devadevan, the protagonist. Produced at a huge budget, the film bombed at box office. It is an adaptation of the 1983 Al Pacino film Scarface.
