While working on a thesis about audiovisual violence, film student Ángela finds a snuff video where a girl is tortured until death. Soon she discovers that she was a former student in her university, and that the authors of the video are not very far either.

Fali (Oscar Jaenada) has been blessed with an ample gift below the belt. But his extra-large asset ends up getting him into trouble when he agrees to help his friend (Antonio Dechent) get rid of his annoying lover and save his marriage. Fali's romantic entanglements are all the more hilarious considering the only reason he's doing it is so he can get the dream car he's always wanted: a brand-new BMW.

Madrid, 1974. Former women's jail of Yeserias. Lucia, a girl well situated in society, is condemned to spend ten years in jail due to her relation with a politic militant against Franco's dictatorship. While being in prison she lives with every kind of woman: intelectuals, killers, illiterates, ... All of them must share food, living space, joys and pities; joined by the same fate, lack of freedom, they will have to fight together against desperation. Lucia is willing o live, to learn form that world the fate has given to her where, on the contrary to what she imagines, tenderness and laugh exist. And also the complicity and solidarity of some women living an experience which will mark them for ever.

Salva works as security guard in an industrial estate on the outskirts of Madrid. There he meets Leo, a woman who makes a living collecting cardboard. As Salva falls in love with her, Leo's dark past comes back to haunt her.
