Only tractor driver Igor knows the truth about the three aliens who landed in the village and took on human form. Precinct officer Sergei Petrovich senses something is wrong, but no one believes him. After all, the new ones quickly fit into rural life: Igor met his beloved in the person of Sveta, the teacher Ira met a kindred spirit in the form of Roma, and the daughter of the district policeman Lyuba met the hero Borya. But hiding the truth is becoming more difficult due to strange events around, including beavers who have started talking thanks to an alien substance trapped in the river.

Roma and Anya were married for about five years, the candy-bouquet period was replaced by the harsh everyday life of family life. They realized that they had to move on, but in different directions. However, their mutual friends, young parents Katya and Lyosha, as well as bachelors Oleg and Elya, disagree with their decision to divorce, because Roma and Anya are the core of their party, without them the company will fall apart. Dinners together, trips to nature, shared birthdays — all this may come to an end. But Roma, apparently, has not cooled his feelings for his ex-wife. The casual phrase "I don't like it, let's get divorced" turned his usual lifestyle around. Anya alone, feeling free, plunges into the maelstrom of new relationships and tries to find herself in this world.

An experienced operative has long established life in the city on the principle of "live by yourself and let others live" — for the sake of his own convenience, the "Little One" turns a blind eye to minor offenses of local residents. Sasha faces an almost impossible task: to solve complicated cases and re-educate his father, a partner who has long been accustomed to solving everything according to his own rules, and not according to protocol.
