Matúš Bachync's docudrama is an expressive and thought-provoking story of a freedom-loving woman who fought communist brutality in the 1950s.

The naughty Whistle has moved in with the Fairy Forget-Me-Not. She is restless, capricious, always inventing and fun to be with. She would like to learn more about the world of children... Forget-Me-Not's children's friends come to learn English, who are driven there by Zajko Smejko in his magic car. Whistle is at first completely confused by all the "English stuff", but in the end she manages to master not only English words and phrases, but also nice English pronunciation. An unconventional way to learn English that children love. By following the exciting plot and rhythmic repetition, including in the form of songs, they learn new vocabulary without even knowing it. The stories are sensitively supplemented in Slovak with English songs. The DVD is suitable for the youngest children from 2 years old to schoolchildren.

Iconoclastic, take-no-prisoners cop John McClane, finds himself for the first time on foreign soil after traveling to Moscow to help his wayward son Jack - unaware that Jack is really a highly-trained CIA operative out to stop a nuclear weapons heist. Slovak musicologist Agata Schindlerová, now settled in Dresden, has spent years mapping out the forgotten destinies of Jewish musicians whose lives were irrevocably marked by the advance of nazism. Scenes from the lives of several of them are portrayed in the film In Silence (ballet dancer Alice Flachová, pianist and conductor Karol Ebert, composer, conductor and director of the Dresden Theatre Arthur Chitz, pianist Edith Kraus, and the vocal ensemble Comedian Harmonists), which draws a sharp contrast between the protagonists’ carefree existence working and making music during the pre-war era and the subsequent severe upheaval in their lives brought on by the proliferation of nazism.

A dance locale - a place where people who are looking for partners come together. Lonely individuals become couples, people who were strangers not so long ago become partners and lovers. Outside, conditions change and regimes change, the country is overwhelmed by great history, the whirlwind of the World War, the communist coup, the hopeful spring of 1968, the fraternal occupation, the Hussite normalisation, November 1989 and the collapse of Czechoslovakia. Only those lonely dancers on the dance floor remain the same - with their human longings, their ridiculousness and their unfulfilled dreams.

A TV parody with songs based on well-known fairytale motifs tells the story of Decibella, the daughter of the black priest Ramus, who has only one desire: to perform with her band Pazvuka at the royal castle, to charm Prince Cinderella, whose passion is songwriting, with her music and to become his wife, the future queen. She has no idea that the prince has already been charmed by the song of the poor Goldilocks and takes great offence when the prince banishes her from the palace with her cacophonous music. Out of revenge, she begs her father to curse the whole country out of singing and music. Goldilocks, with the help of the fairy Echoes, finds the enchanted tones and helps Prince Cinderella to get the music back from the Black Prince for the people.

Two families lived in one house - a rich general and his daughter Emilia upstairs, and his landlord and his son George in the basement apartment. The two children liked each other very much, but their friendship was thwarted by Emilie's mother. So when one day the rich patron discovered Georg's talent and took him with him to Italy, Georg carried a piece of bitterness in his heart. When he returned some time later as a successful and famous painter, he could not resist returning his humiliation to the impoverished general's family. But love is stronger than revenge...

This is also the story of Jenny, who found her benefactor in Jacob. This is an intellectual full of doubts about the meaning of his own life and a sad comforter of the lonely, unable to realize his own artistic ambitions except in the fate of others. Alongside him, Jenny comes to know the glitter and glory of "stardom," but also the haunting burden of a debt that is difficult to repay.

Screenwriter Antonín Máša wrote a television production Zurvalec based on Turgenev's short story. It is a psychological drama about the conflicting encounter between Lieutenant Kister and the dangerous duelant Captain Luchkov, who drives away the boredom of an empty life in a backwater province with a series of violent acts. The tense relationship between the two men, expressing a contradiction of creative tolerance and aggression, is exacerbated by their interest in a woman who succumbs to admiration for the "predator" Luchkov. The tragic confrontation of different approaches to life raises the question of the possibilities of defending human decency over evil.

There was such a kingdom, there was such a king, who took the advice of stupid and ungrateful people and issued an order that all old people, under threat of death, must be disposed of by his subjects. But in that kingdom there was also one brave man who did not give in to threats and orders and secretly continued to take care of his father with love and respect. This two-part production follows the lives of three generations of women from the Jablonczay family at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The first part begins in 1882 and focuses on the two older generations. The eldest, Maria (Emília Vášáryová), lives in a dead relationship with her husband Kálmán (Milan Kněžko). She is the mother of a son and three daughters, each of whom tries to cope with her despotic nature in different ways. In the second part, the youngest, third generation of characters enters the scene. Lenka (Zuzana Vačková) is first educated in a convent with the kind approach of the mother superior (Magda Vášáryová) and slowly gets to know the real world outside the convent and her strict family environment. The play is based on the novel by Hungarian prose writer Magda Szabó, originally titled "An Old-Fashioned Story," in which the author describes the family life of her own ancestors.
