NRMacondo was the name of the house where the Venezuelan writer Miguel Otero Silva lived for many years until his death. It was located on the slopes of Ávila and used to be a must for the most famous intellectuals who visited Caracas. But one fine day, not long ago, the house was demolished. Macondo is the title of the documentary by Margarita Cadenas that collects the memory of the disappeared building.
