The Legend of Lasseter is a 1979 Australian documentary about Lasseter's Reef. Lasseter's Reef refers to the purported discovery, announced by Harold Bell Lasseter in 1929 and 1930, of a fabulously rich gold deposit in a remote and desolate corner of central Australia.

In 1998 Documentary presented by former Australia news reporter skeptic Mike Willesee. A controversial 2-hour TV program called Signs From God, a documentary purporting to test faith with science. The program featured a Bolivian woman who claimed to have a vision of Christ perched on Mike’s shoulder and blessing his work.
