Deep in a secluded forest, Marko lives in isolation under the watchful eye of his overprotective father, who is determined to keep his young son safe from the Evil Ones. Deeply lonely, and increasingly curious about the outside world, Marko yearns to uncover the secrets of life beyond the forest and begins venturing further from home. Desanka is a young woman sitting alone in a tavern and is visibly sad. Ljubinko comes and sits next to her to keep her company. The two of them start a conversation. Desanka tells him why she is crying. She is lonely and looking for true love. Ljubinko tries to cheer her up. Ljubinko and Desanka are joined by August, or as he calls himself "Stupid August". He makes Desanka laugh even more. Then the waiter joins them. The conversations last a long time.

The fear and shutting off the reality, a state of a dream, although beautiful as it seems, can not exist forever. Because the man knows that one day, he will have to awake from the dream and confront the fear.

A group of problematic, abandoned teenagers from a Juvenile Adoption Centre share their destiny on the margins of the society, holding only on the teachings of their caring educator about the true values of life. But a series of tragic events that culminate with the death of one of the youngsters by the hand of a police inspector, will crush their illusions for a normal future in a world that stigmatizes them as outcasts. Incited by the awakening words of the broken educator and the emerging, ferocious leader of the pack, the boys take the path of revenge, which soon escalates into a spiral of violence and takes them deep into the catacombs of the criminal underworld.

Every day in Petar's life is worse than the previous one, which means that every new day is the worst day in his life, until... one day a mysterious, mute stranger starts hitting Petar at his head with an umbrella. He hits without an intention to stop. Whatever Petar does to liberate himself from this menace, the strange little man is constantly by his side.

Igor, a police officer from Skopje, accidentally kills a civilian. He accepts an offer from his superior to go unpunished, but on the condition that he will be transferred to a border village, as far away from Skopje as possible.
