Isabel de Ayguavives

A young boy returns to his birth country, Chile, after a long absence. The house in the country where he lived with his family is up for sale and they all gather to bid the place farewell. Their visit to the "magnetic tree", a local curiosity with strange properties, will awaken almost forgotten feelings and affections in the boy.

A four-member family sits down at the table as every day. Then the plate of liver and onion stew arrives, and with it the punishment.

A brief, dark and thoroughly fascinating look at the terrors and trials of childhood, 'The Brave One' opens with a shot of a young girl hiding beneath her bed, quietly struggling to control her fears. As two faceless adults enter the darkened room, the girl recalls a number of frightening or painful experiences from her immediate past, each one filmed in an low-key atmosphere of silent dread . . .

Is Penfield a place? No, no such place exists. A person then? No. There is no such person.- Is it perhaps a sensation?... Something like irritation in a member that already does not exist.
