Kochu Kurup and Aniyankutty fall in love with the same girl. When Aniyankutty comes to know that she loves his friend, he plans to sabotage their relationship, resulting in hilarious events.

Bobby (Suresh Gopi) comes to high range as a helicopter pilot working for Robinson (Sreenivasan). His job is to spray copper sulphate (thurisu) in the rubber plantations. He is assisted by Venkidi (Manian Pillai Raju), Nandu and Indrans. He faced some resistance from local workers like Chako (Jagathy Sreekumar). He also had to save Robinson from many troubles.

Vindhyan (Jagadish) an unemployed countryside man, is in love with his childhood friend and cousin Neelima (Mahima) who is now in the US. Neelima decides to marry Vindhyan so that he will end up dead as her first husband. With the help of Shivapal and her mother Padmavathi (Ponnamma Babu), Neelima tries many tricks to get Vindhyan killed.

The film presents the story of Narayanankutty, popularly known as Vakkaalaththu Narayanankutty, an active social worker who can bear anything but breach of justice. When he sees law being broken anywhere, he reacts promptly. He doesn’t even care as to who is pitted against him and just goes on fighting.
