In 1990, a European delegation comes to Tirana to monitor the reforms of the communist regime. A government official is sent on a mission to a faraway prison in order to bring an important dissident back to the capital.

She finds herself at a crossroads, as the bank’s director is also a close associate of Martini. At one point, she asks herself why everyone seems to be against her. As if this were not enough, during this time a doctor suspects that she is pregnant. Elteva’s boyfriend, a football team coach, abandons her. Seeing the situation, Astrit takes the matter into his own hands to investigate the causes of the economic decline of the enterprise led by his colleague. He helps Elteva, with the assistance of a professor, to determine her diagnosis. Feeling guilty for the distress he caused her, her boyfriend Adi asks for her forgiveness. Now, she feels relieved of all the concerns that had been troubling her.

World War II. The anti fascist youth attracted broad masses of the people on the football fields turning these sport events into manifestations against the occupiers. Such were the matches between the amateur team "Shprefeja" and the fascist teams. Entering the field with the conviction that they will beat the fascist team at all costs, the Albanian players and its supporters turn the sport field into a battlefield.

The film follows Astrit, a young pilot who has just finished the aviation school.

Llano Bleta's individualistic spirit for a more comfortable life for himself makes him cut ties and trample on the sentiments of his loved ones and coworkers. This moral degradation in also evident in his new job.

In this grave situation,the communists are faced with counter attack. The film reflects the stormy days of war, the ferocity of the enemy and the strength of the Party and the people who remain undaunted by terror and violence.
