In the heat of a shimmering Berlin summer, Nora spends her days as a third wheel to her older sister Jule and her best friend Aylin. When Romy comes onto the scene, a friendship blossoms. Nora instantly falls for her, opening up a whole new world and unexpected summer of love.

A power failure puts three households in a state of emergency. In the first flat they were just about to start a party, now they are all sitting together by candlelight. In the neighbouring flat, the residents see their conspiracy theories confirmed - after all, they have been preparing for this moment for years. And while one floor below a young man is drowning his lovesickness in vodka, there is someone else stuck in the lift.

A Punch and Judy show on human rights violations, a delicate quiz on privileges, and vast gaps in knowledge—the workshop for democracy and human rights offers plenty of fuel to spark heated discussions in the group of young teachers.
