An artistic reconstruction of the life of one person, a poet. Although Marina Tsvetaeva is known not only for her work, but also for her difficult fate, the painting "Passion for Marina" deserves the interest of even those who believe that nothing new will be told about Tsvetaeva. The film uses memoir prose, letters and notebooks of M.I. Tsvetaeva, A.I. Tsvetaeva, A.S. Efron, G.S. Efron, diaries, memoirs and letters of their contemporaries; fragments of films from the collection of the Gosfilmofond of Russia and the Russian State Archive of Film and Photographic Documents.

The film tells about the founding of the city of Koktebel a real secret adviser Eduard Jung, who in 1890 left the service in Moscow and moved to the arid lands of the future Koktebel. Maximilian Voloshin in 1903 in Koktebel began to build his own house, which later became the center of the spiritual life of Russia.

Like many of his countrymen, Alexander defected to the revolution. After becoming a chekist, Dragovich was sent to Turkestan. The film tells about the heroic struggle of a special purpose unit with gangs of Basmachi, spies of various stripes and saboteurs, about the adventures of the anarchist Kolya and the tragic love of Mushtari and Dragovich.

30 years is an eternity! Sometimes - a moment ... A lot of things change around - invariably only a real feeling! Life values are changing, we are changing, but the feeling of something real and important does not pass. Over the years, it becomes more meaningful and wiser - because love is so fragile and vulnerable.

Writer Pavel Snegirev comes to the village where during the war there was an orphanage where he spent his childhood, and meets his old friend Klim Avilov. The collective farm foreman does not understand and does not accept the writer, who did not keep his promised word and did not return after the army, thereby betraying both their friendship and the love of Anichka, who had been waiting for Pavel all this time. Their meeting is the last in their lives.

Set in the rural village of White Storks, the story tackles the taboo subject of an extramarital affair. Strong-willed Malika, married but childless, is openly consorting with another man with whom she shares a seemingly tender bond.

This film, consisting of eight parts, represents fragments of Andrei Bely's biography scattered over time. The main women in the poet's life were Asya Turgeneva, Lyubov Mendeleeva, Nina Petrovskaya, Claudia Vasilyeva - the film is also about them.
