The animals of Capoeirão dos Tucanos are terrified: jaguar hunters have scattered menacing traps throughout the woods. The Sítio gang is furious and decides to put a stop to it once and for all. Together, Pedrinho, Narizinho, Emília, Visconde, and Rabicó hatch a plan to teach the villains a lesson. But—oh no!—they get captured! Now, who will save them?

The publicist Claudio and the housewife and choral teacher Helena have been married for many years, but they do not understand and respect the feelings and view point of the partner. Claudio sees Helena as a shopper and "little teacher of a choral" and Helena sees Claudio as an insensitive and rough man. On the night before the fiftieth anniversary of Claudio, they changed places with each other.

Imagination runs wild when Emília decides to "write" her memoirs. And guess who gets roped into helping her with the task? Poor Visconde de Sabugosa. The naughtiest rag doll around proves she has an incredibly fertile imagination! And while Emília drives the wise Visconde to distraction with her tales, a thousand and one things happen at the Farm.

If the Sítio gang’s imagination usually knows no bounds, just imagine what happens when they decide to embark on a "Journey to the Sky"! First, Pedrinho builds a telescope. Then, the boy gathers Narizinho, Emília, Visconde, Conselheiro, and Tia Nastácia. They arrive in a strange, mysterious place, decide they are on the Moon, and—just like that—cause such a ruckus that they wake up Saint George’s dragon! And that’s only the beginning, as the gang goes on to visit other planets, ride comets, and even meet a new companion: an innocent little angel with a broken wing. Meanwhile, a group of astronomers is preparing to announce the first intelligent life forms spotted in space. Guess who they turn out to be!

Is there anyone more intelligent and studious than Visconde de Sabugosa? Well, he has now taken an interest in geology (the science that studies the origin and formation of our planet). To conduct his research, he climbs into an armadillo burrow, analyzes the soil, and discovers that there might be oil right in the middle of the *Sítio*! Thus begins an incredible journey: traveling through a volcano, our group will make its way to the center of the Earth.

Pedrinho goes hunting in Capoeirão dos Tucanos, the virgin forest of Sítio do Picapau Amarelo, and meets the Saci, who tells him the secrets of the forest and several legends of Brazilian folklore. They work together to free Narizinho from a spell that Cuca put on her.

In this story, Narizinho visits the world of Prince Escamado, meets the frog Major Agarra-E-Não-Larga-Mais, quarrels with Dona Carochinha, and receives the most dazzling dress—crafted especially for her by Dona Aranha, the world's best seamstress. In the Kingdom of Clear Waters, Emília comes to life, takes Doctor Caramujo’s pills, and begins to chatter away. Meanwhile, back in the city, Pedrinho prepares for his long-awaited vacation at the Yellow Woodpecker Farm, alongside his grandmother Dona Benta and Tia Nastácia’s delicious treats.
