Two young Argentines, brought together by chance, wander the streets of New York City, increasingly lost in a maze of currency exchange, translation problems, religious vocation and nocturnal flirtation.

Lucía is an Argentine fashion designer living in Paris. The day she introduces her first collection her eyes start to shut down due to diabetes. But before Before she can undergo surgery, she has to return to Argentina because of her father's death, where she faces her past and the relationship with her family who do not approve of her lifestyle.

Diving is her greatest passion and the depths of the lake her world. The possibility of having a cochlear implant puts her in the dilemma of choosing between listening for the first time in her life or diving again in the depth of the lake.
