On New Year's night, Sandro suffers a heart attack and needs to have an emergency transplant. He ends up receiving the heart of Isadora, a transvestite owner of a beauty salon who had died a few moments before, victim of a runover. After the transplant, Isadora, in spirit, starts to follow the publicist's steps. Meanwhile, Sandro begins to notice changes in his behavior and begins to see the world in a different way.

However, it becomes the target of bioterrorist attacks due to a "leak" claiming that the world's oil supply would run out. Therefore, the country becomes a prime target for powerful nations because it is one of the largest producers of this substance.

Suellen (Thalita Carauta) is a cook who works hard to keep her little son, her younger sister and her mother alone. One day, your dreams come true: she splits in two. Her copy, identical physically, has different personality, being much more extroverted and courageous. The idea would be to divide the tasks with the other one, but soon Suellen realizes that the look-alike has plans of its own, and decides to betray the original.
