Life is pretty routine for this elderly couple: he is an amateur inventor; she’s a compulsive knitter. Watched by their gray cat, together they create something special. Or do they?

The short film of four months in the life of newly graduated, Kinga. A graduate in Polish Linguistics, she returns to her hometown in high spirits, determined to find a job quickly and renew her bonds with the family she left behind a few years earlier when she went away to university.

With help from a witch, two siblings journey to a medieval land to find the mystical Golden Drops that can cure their ailing mother back at home.

Maciek (35), tricked by his boss, steals his boss's car and goes on a desperate joyride across. He drives across the interior of Poland, where people are preparing for a celebration of an unspecified anniversary. In the meanwhile, Magda (35), a Town Hall employee in charge of the anniversary events, Highly committed at first, gradually notices all the dirt and corruption around her. At some point, she must choose between her career and integrity, whether she should accept it or risk her career and leave. Finally, on the celebration day, Maciek and Magda finally meet. Will it change anything for them?

A second-grade class is assigned an essay titled “What I Want to Be When I Grow Up,” and pupils Anusiak, Konieczko, Maślana, and Czesio spend the evening pouring their dreams onto paper. The next morning, as they proudly carry their essays past fortune-teller Jowita’s parlor, she unexpectedly reveals each of their futures thirty years hence, and none of her visions match what they wrote.
